4 Entrepreneurs I'm Constantly Learning From
I love learning new things.
This year started like many others with lots of things I wanted to learn more about, watch, and read. However, one major things was different: I was also focusing on implementing the ideas in my life and business. Instead of reading and watching, but doing nothing—which is just entertainment—, I challenged myself to actually put what I was learning into practice (I wish I could say I was massively successful, but that's a topic for another article).
2025 has been the ultimate year of learning and implementing new things for me thanks to the content from these 5 entrepreneurs.
Alex Hormozi
Alex is co-founder and owner of Acquisition.com and consistently publishes content and books to help other entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
Alex's "More, Better, New" framework has stuck with me this year. When things are not going as expected, most unsuccessful business owners try to do something new. However, Alex's framework prescribes focusing on volume by just doing more first.
I am trying to focus on volume first and being consistent with that volume before I try to make it better and not even thinking about trying something new.
Leila Hormozi
Leila is co-founder and owner of Acquisition.com and consistently publishes content about how to grow your business, leadership, and mindset frameworks.
Leila's near catch phrase, "F*ck your mood, follow the plan" stuck with me. In fact, it has had such an impact on me that I have it written above my monitor and read it multiple times per day. The core concept is that you are going to have both good days and bad, but no matter what the work needs to get done, so you might as well do it.
I've been keeping Leila's advice to heart and it's been working by helping me get 10 minutes into a task, which is about the point where I get into a groove and start getting things done.
Nicolas Cole
Cole is a writer, author, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Ship 30 for 30, which helps other writers (like me) build their writing habits and grow their writing businesses.
Cole constantly tells his audience to develop their daily writing habit and to practice it in public. Cole also has an amazing way to help writers separate themselves from freelance writers and the AI that will replace freelance writers by laddering their skills up to more offerings. Part of where Cole recommends to start is with articles like this, but then to expand into newsletters and offering those services to others through ghostwriting.
I have been publishing articles like this all year directly because of Cole's advice and have made ghostwriting newsletters and Educational Email Courses the core component to my business plan.
Daniel Priestly
Daniel is co-fonder of Dent Global, author, public speaker, and serial entrepreneur known for building multiple businesses to multi-million exits.
Daniel is most well known for his book, Key Person of Influence (KPI). The KPI framework gives a full roadmap for how to gain influence in your niche and become the go-to person if someone wants to succeed in it. He's also been on numerous podcasts detailing how it works and why it is effective, which is how I first heard about him and have been enjoying his book.
Since I had not found Daniel's book till later this year (and am still reading it), the takeaways from it are a key part of how I am approaching 2026.
